Mehdi Boujrada is joining us at Saint Bread for a night of very special, very flavorful Lamb Sandwiches!

We’ll be slow cooking Lamb Tanjia to serve sandwich-style in Moroccan Batbout bread, using recipes & ingredients from Villa Jerada.

As the owner and founder of award-winning company Villa Jerada, Mehdi imports the most magical Moroccan and Levantine ingredients that lend flavor to many restaurants and food establishments in the Northwest. We are lucky to have known Mehdi for many years and can’t hardly wait to have him set at the bakery.

NO PRE-ORDERS! Just come to the bakery, say hi to Mehdi, and head down to Hinoki for a wood-finished lamb sando. Available starting at 5:00pm.

Mehdi will be set up on the patio with spices and goods from Villa Jerada for sale, as well.
